hmm, dekhiye chahe apke apne state me session-level pe local bhasha me kaam hota ho lekin HC and SC me sirf angrezi me he kaam hota hai. So agar apko HC/SC me practice karni hai to english seekhni he padegi, jitna jaldi shuru karein accha hoga. English sirf ek bhasha hai , buddhimata ka paimana nahi. Agar aap mehanati hain to bhasha kabhi issue nahi banegi. Best of luck :)

Depend karta hai aap kis university se karna chahti hain? Kya 12th ke baad integrated course Karna hai ya fir graduation ke baad? If after 12th you can appear in CLAT for admissions in NLUs else every university has its own entrance exam. Like in Rajasthan if you want to do 5yrs BA+LLb after 12th you need to write RULET and for 3yrs LLB after graduation, you have to write ULET. Baki private colleges ko sirf fees chahiye exams nahi :) Hope this helps. Good luck.

@Arun S : Even after 70 years of independence, English remains the language of national media, the upper judiciary and bureaucracy, and corporate business. In most Indian states, the lower court uses the vernacular for trial since India doesn't truly have a national language of its own. Also, only 10% of Indians can speak English, so people who have had enough will (sadly) have to live with this fact. Being colonized by Englishmen was not a choice, but considering Hindi substandard is a personal choice. Those who have read law in both English and Hindi can tell you that it is much more difficult in Hindi. Can we stop being haters and make peace because we are the citizens of a truly multilingual/polyglot and multicultural country.
