I remember hearing this song from the best hockey movie ever "slap shot", and listening to this song on a 33 vinyl from Ktel back in the day. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!!! That's straight out of my teen era of the mid '70s, 1976 to be exact when mid to long length hair, shiny psychedelic polyester shirts, hip tight bell bottom pants and "stacks" high platform shoes, (3 to 6 inches high)and hitting the Discos where you would show how proficient you were and how well you could "Get Down" and "Boogie" was the thing to do on a clear plexeglass multi-light colored dance floor and hanging from the ceiling was a large 24" -36" mirror ball which reflected multi- colored lights and strobes down on the dance floor and throughout the Disco. TOTALLY COOL & FUNKY!!!

Sarah is a great singer, I agree, I love her version of this song, she makes it her own, having said that, I think Maxine Nightingales original effort is a masterpiece as well, I love talented people, they can be so inspiring
