In this video I'm making a jig to make 90 degree corners. You can easily make 90 degree fixing. I made it using some plywood. It's extremely easy to do. It's been a great tool. It may not always be possible to join two woods at a sharp 90 degree. But it's extremely easy with this jig.
After watching this video, you can download the free PDF document and make it easily. There are many 90 degree corner clamp videos on youtube. But this is a little different from what I did, let's see, do you like it?
Simply put the two parts together and attach with spring clamps. You can also use C-Clamp or F-clamp if you want. You can be sure to get the right angle.
HOW DID I MAKE THE SIMPLE ANGLED CORNER CLAMP ?
First of all, I cut the plywood pieces in the specified dimensions. You can find the dimensions in the PDF document. I drilled two 50mm wide holes in the triangular piece. You can attach clamps to these holes. Then I glued these pieces together at the right angle using some wood glue and some CA glue. After making sure that the angle was exactly 90 degrees, I moved on to the testing phase. I made your first wood fixing. I saw that it was a 90 degree joint with great accuracy.

awesome design!
Just made 2 set of these clamp jigs... great idea.. I especially like the flat pieces of wood on each side that allow the use of a spring clamp for the initial set up. Thanks too for making the plans available.

Le comento que tanto a mi como a mi chiquitín que anda aprendiendo la parte de fabricación de herramientas y accesorios (ya que le encanta ver ayudar y también apretar tornillos, aunque con 8 añitos lo mantengo lejos de todas las maquinas, los ruidos, el polvo y alejado de la zona de peligro) es muy obediente y gracias a ello podemos aprender juntos todos estos trucos y menesteres que nos enseñas con tanto cariño y dedicación. Very useful twist on this! I’m going to make some 60 degree ones too, because lately I’ve done several projects that had 60/30 degree parts. I was really impressed by your circular saw cutting jig! First time seeing your channel, but I liked it and subbed! Thanks!
