I believe that God has something better for you, believe that and hope for that that God had bigger and greater things for his children because we are his and his promises are bigger than we could ever think. Ephesians 3:20 “ Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us…”

We are waiting on God to change our situation but God wants to change us 🙌🏾

I love the episode on ‘The Chosen’ that covers this segment. It was so profoundly done! This story in the Bible reminds me of a relative in our family that has since passed away. He stayed incarcerated in his apartment waiting and wondering and being angry both at God and at my relatives for about 45 years. He was a Christian. However, he often seemed depressed, resentful and bitter because other people in the family weren’t doing what he really needed to do within himself. I just pray that he’s at peace now. 🙏🏻😞

7 different marriages may be a lot but if the men are cheating, violent, narcissistic, or have substance use issues, or financially abusive, what then is the advice? Choosing better is not the answer. It's not another person's fault someone is abusive, addicted or cheaters. It is not another person's fault if those abusers don't show signs of the abuse till after a commitment is made. The abusers actions are to be held accountable, not the person they intentionally chose to hurt.
