Rigging an Eyeball in toonboom Harmony using the CUTTER and COLOUR OVERRIDE nodes

Here is an easy way to rig an eyeball in toonboom. Its not perfect, but it can get the job done!

    Hi ya, as you can see the result is still imperfect. There is a line weight still there. Better use a mask for it. Cheers. Happy animating.

    yes you are absolutely right! This is an old video and a better way to do it is to just use a cutter and seperate the colour art and line art. then you can just move the colour art infront and it should work better.     Without using Colour-Override, connect the Line-Art of Eye-ball at the the top of composite

    there is line art isolate node also and it is very easy , as this method shows only half line

    I think is better using Colour-Override if you use imported bitmap from illustrator and photoshop. As I do because is more precise and easier. Not tested yet, but I will.

    interesting. ya i hear u can use the colour override for so many different things. But i realized for this video it's better to rig an eye using the different art layers.

    Fabio bro, use Autopatch from the eyeball to the autopatch then from the autopatch connect to the cutter and boom u have ur line art

    Hi, I never thought of doing this! Now I usually just put the line art infront and cut with the colour art.
