Riding the waves of culture: Fons Trompenaars at TEDxAmsterdam

Produced by: www.fellermedia.com Camera & Crew: www.hoens.tv
Why do we have so many crises? Fons Trompenaars uses his knowledge and experience of his mixed cultural background to explain how cultural differences often lead to misunderstandings between people, but also how to seize the opportunities that diversity brings to organizations, and the world.
Fons is recognised around the world for his work as consultant, trainer, motivational speaker and author of various books on all subjects of culture and business. As founder and director of Trompenaars Hampden-Turner (THT), an intercultural management firm, he has spent over 25 years helping Fortune 500 leaders manage and solve their business and cultural dilemmas to increase global effectiveness and performance.

I don't think so, "Culture compass" is based on Hofstede's theory.

Opposites need more ideas, but not copy, nor processing, it means to have the sublimation of standing on a certain height. Single straight thinking already does not adapt to today's society, moreover graphic thinking does not adapt to the rapid development of science technology and human civilization. Stereoscopic 3D space should be eventually explored. It can better exert the power of culture.

Couldn't pack more cliches into 15 minutes. Funny at times, but wears off quite quickly and just comes over as simplistic, lazy and frankly rascist as times.
