How long does it take to get to 100% to unlock max-d

Well that depends. I would say if you just wanted to unlock Max-D you could do it in 4 or 5 hours. All you need to do is get to the wasteland in world career mode, then start leveling up your demolition crew trucks there. You'll have Max-D in no time!
