The camera angle didn't show the tall cliffs that can be seen from anywhere in the park. That is how we orient ourselves!

Well, THAT was fun!! You didn't lose anything! You were traversing in a different way. Comfort levels do change when you are not in the driver's seat. Sir Jim, having a passenger it, changed his comfort level too. He has to protect you. You two dare angels are a blast. Experiment 1 was very good! The next experiment shall be much better. Have a fantastic rest of your day and weekend.

OMGOODNESS, what an amazing ride.My tummy and heart experienced every hill in those dunes . Honestly so much fun in Blue.Thank you for that experience. I TOTALL LOVED IT. LETS DO IT AGAIN ,PLEASE.

The camera angle doesn't show the tall cliffs nearby that we can see from anywhere in the park so that is how we find our camp.

Regardless of age you’re still having fun. Adapt and enjoy 💕

The camera distorts distance perception a bit and probably made it look a bit more scary than it actually was. We were having a blast!

Wow! How thrilling! The perspective you filmed from Pam made it feel like I was in your seat. It looked so fun, but I think I’d need a driver as good as Jim before I’d try driving it myself. I grew up in the Midwest & I really thank you both for taking us on all your trips and sharing the beautiful scenery.

During this video, It did strike me of whether your adult children ever express concern for your adventuresome nature. And then I laughed at myself. "you're not the boss of me".

LOL! I so loved your quote!!! How many times did we hear that when raising our kids!!!. They do express concern and no longer want us climbing ladders to get up on our roof! But so far no concern for riding. We bought this machine through our son-in-law and we have been riding for over 20 years, so maybe they think we can handle it!

You are very brave Pam….i am afraid I would not want anyone driving me around those dunes. Not saying you didn’t do a Great job Jim….you drove very well……I would drive one myself but I like to be in control when doing things like this. We have tried a tandem bike which we sold because I could not stand to be on the back with no control of the handlebars, also a tandem kayak which we sold. Ha! I have never been on any type of four wheeler so I was pretty nervous for you out there. I used to ride snow machines all the time but I was riding my own. I could slow down when I wanted to. 😂😂 Wondering if there are any hiking trails in this area. I have always looked at this area on the map and thought it would be fun. Too bad it is such a long drive for us to get over to that part of Utah.

I get that. I hate riding shotgun and we each had our own machines for years. Then my son-in-law talked us into Blue. He thinks they are safer. Yes there are trails all around the area. Hope you can make a trip out here sometime.

You are very brave. It did seem like a lot of fun. It is beautiful there, and the weather seemed ideal for a ride. I'm glad you had a good time and stayed safe...I was nervous a couple of times while you were in the dunes.

I was a little nervous too. We rode the dunes a lot with our 4-wheelers--each on our own machine--this machine is fairly new to us and it is so different being a passenger!

Please everyone in the dunes be very careful. They are extremely dangerous and have caused many deaths. The sand is always shifting and changing. Many have died under their motorcycles and ATVs.

That looked fun! Do you ever meet other vehicles coming over those dunes from the opposite direction?

What fun! Beautiful! Do you need special permits to ride blue there?

No. All they check is our vehicle registration.

Just me, but I think I prefer being the driver of my own. But, it looked like so much fun. Is that cake a pound a slice???

We had separate machines for years, but now we take turns driving! Both ways are fun!

I don't like being a passenger. If I have control I'm much happier.
