I've been really happy with my 13 Tickle Stick, but I spend most of my time inside a shack. Looks like it handled being outside pretty well. The eyelets are pretty small on those.

Thanks again for the epic fishing videos! My brother and I are in the U.P. of Michigan, getting ready to hit the hard water. I love ice fishing without all pressure, as well.

I deer hunt along that lake and i can assure you the deer population is not good anywhere around there! I hope the fish in that lake get left alone to grow up some more. They are on the edge of being really nice sized.

The deer population is doing good around Leech Lake??? That is pure bullshit Josh. I own land in the area and the deer hunting is shit.

Is it legal to operate snowmobiles on public trails in Minnesota without helmets?

I disagree that drilling holes spooks fish. I cant tell you how many times I've been drilling holes in shallow water (8'-10'} while my partner is catching them right next to where I'm drilling. The fish are often constantly moving so it only appears they are getting spooked.

I would say they are secluded as you cant drive a truck to this lake. In the summer you wont see any sparkle boats on it either.

@@Dale.Nienowever been into a back lake ice fishing? i'll keep a couple panfish when i can but i'm not putting in all that work for a bluegill. You can go ahead and do an hour of homework on navionics, google satellite and trail maps to find a way into a sunfish lake. Then go ahead and drop a bill on gas, tow a trailer, unload and reload all your equipment in the freezing cold. I'll go find a trout lake and at least make it worth my time

My MN buddy fishes a secluded lake where 15"+ crappies are commonly caught with several over 17"+... no boat access = great fishing. Totally worth the effort imo but not everyone likes giant crappies I guess 🤣
