Pre-race a few carbs (toast or porridge). During the day: honey sandwich, banana, snack bar (supermarket not expensive stuff), energy drink. Post race, steak and chips plus the fruit juice revive mix (wine!) ;)! Great video, as per usual :)

nice vid, it is a tough event eh :-) couple slices of malt loaf for slow energy and fast eat, handful of haribo for fast energy and water - that's all i eat x 2 in a day race. ORVS and bladder are amazinzg, once you find the balance between the plush top and rebound its gold

I have egg and bacon roll before I start then drink loads a water through the day with the 90% coco dark chocolate bar keeps me going👍

Definitely recommend getting on the Ride nutrition gear - got the taster pack the other month for my first race and where id usually be gassing/arm pump first lap i dont think i got anything till around lap 4 and it was reallu reduced symptons too. 👌 Then a big fat burger van afterwards 🤣

Between motos I would eat fries, and a burger or pulled pork sandwich. But that was 10 years ago and I had a good metabolism. Now, it’s water, trail mix and fruit.

All that stuff ya done to that model you would only have to do again to a brand new model Won't get ya over the tyres any better with all them mods yours is better than a new 1 Your forks look really springy is the rebound a bit to fast on em
