Dear David farmer you remind me of my dad he had a kind heart he used to help people as much as he could he always used to tell me the Lord has blessed us with many many rental properties in a few pennies in the bank and he would help people a lot too much sometimes but he always said the Lord blessed him and he was there to help others and needed it and God bless you far more for doing what you done

You can feed cable while machine is spinning, you’re suppose to pull a little length of cable out of the machine push down lever then while cable is spinning you push down drain.. same thing for pulling it back run machine and pull cable back let go of lever and push cable back in

I love how people plant bushes beside sewer cleanouts. I've seen them pull the riser and plant right on top. Sometimes a gardner is a Plumbers best friend. Sure would like a cold drink of water out of that hose.

Not sure if you do this already, but you can expedite the process by having a second guy feed a cable in through the back side of the whip, and join it from the front of the machine.

Thats a beautiful condition K-1500 David. I've owned a few, but never from new. If you could only own one mainline drain machine, the K-1500 is pretty much the one.

I watched your first vid when u bought the machine and it was very helpful. Did u end up buying the smaller H attachment? Do you find that the H attachment works better on fine roots than the attachment that has teeth on it?

How many rental properties do you own. I have a few but I seem to have problems with tenant's not paying on time. Please tell me what do you do if that happens. I live in the state of Indiana and evictions cost 600 bucks and I never seem to get reimbursement from tenant
