ingredients
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard

1 tsp urad dal
curry leaves
2 green chillies
chopped ginger and garlic
small onion
2 ridge guard
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
salt as per taste
coarsely ground roasted groundnuts- 3/4 cup (skin removed)
water to adjust consistency
