This is my very 1st long ride. With my Kawasaki Z1000R on almost 2 years old, I have never done a long ride. All previous rides were mostly just around Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, Metro Manila, and some parts of Quezon province.
I really enjoyed driving my 2 wheels on NLEX and SCTEX. The expressways there that time were not really crowded unlike the SLEX here on South. It's almost like you really have your "freedom" when you're riding on those expressways up North.
This was extra fun ride because I'm with my big bike friends, my only group, TAMBIKERS. Riding with them as a group on North Expressways was so much fun. Seeing them with you side by side as you travel hundreds of kilometers was really an awesome experience. Whenever the TAMBIKERS ride, we always ride as a group and not as individuals. Organized and always thoughtful of everyone else, prioritizing each other's safety. And that's what makes us amazing!
Camayan Beach Resort is a very small and simple beach yet so beautiful. The air is clean and relaxing, the view of the mountains are amazing. The water is clear with its white sand. Also, the restaurant's food was great!
As this was my very 1st long ride, I came prepared with a budget. In total, I spent around 4,500 thousand pesos just in toll fees and gas money. Estimated only, 2,500 on toll fees, and 2,000 on gas. These computations are for round trip. A little expensive for me, but definitely worth it! I can't say I can do these long / north rides as much as once a month, but I will make sure I will not end a year without having one!
Overall, I really enjoyed 100% this ride. Experience on North Expressways were really amazing, and I had so much fun riding there. I will definitely explore more places I can go to on the North just so I can ride again in their expressways!
