I'm not sure but it is definitely more rare to find no pot neon unis although I think you probably would get less offers.. because people really like rides and fly rides and I used to have a neon ride only kitsune and it was pretty much harder to trade than a NFR kitsune...

do u know how i got a neon cerbesus in a day first my sister gave me 2 minion chick i traded them for a ride pot and then soeone offered 3 legs for it and i traded the 3 legs 2 ride pots and then i traded the 2 ride pots for a neon kits and i traded the neon kits for a neon cerberus

Guys please beware of some stuff: -Never accept first! They might have some tricks and they will get the pet but u wont get the pet u offered for! - dont use “adopt me trading values” they’re wrong! - never overpay!u might regret that! -if ur making a pet neon and u were looking for fg aged pets always check the ages and if u saw some space down, scroll down and u will see the real age! Pc/laptop ppl can do tricks!! -there are some channels that warn everyone from the scams! *please stay safe!*
