That is such a beautiful SAAB 95! I have the automatic 2007 saab 95 Aero and it has been such a blast. I appreciate this video being in English and you explaining all those goodies!

What a beast and you’re reaction proves that estate is no joke. You’re film tomography and English is pretty good. I own two 9-5, they both make over 300hp and love them to bits, I’ve owned many cars but there is something about an old but sturdy big boosted Saab’s. Take care and regards from Denmark.

Well Kalle, A few years ago I unsubscribed from your channel and did say I thought a lot of your content bored me - but to be fair I very much enjoyed this video. Well done 👍🏻 This car is not much removed from my own 9-5, interesting to compare. I agree the 6 speed is too short. Quaiffe did not have to make 6th that way, for track they could have used better ratios. I use mine on road and top gear is too short. They are a joy to drive, always an event, and such a sleeper!! 😈 Vid liked. More about this car would be good when you have time. PSI oil pressure on hot idle, psi boost, revs mapped on idle, rust issues/spots, pulls against other marques etc…

Thank you so much! We dont know. It hasnt been benchmarked. BUT the owner is now looking to do it. Im expecting around 500bhp

Pretty nice project. Is a 2,5 catback really enough for this stage? Planning to go to 450hp / 600NM with my 9-5 and I'm not entirly sure wich exhaust diameter I should go for.

Its enough but its welcomed to go bigger to really let out those hot exhaust gasses to prevent high back pressure.

It is a b235 but with forged internals for extra stability!

I'm really interested how this car handles traction from a standing start, how would You describe it? Stage 1 normal aero has problems with spinning and torque steer, what about here..? ;) And what are the 0-100 times, ever checked?

first gear is much longer than stock gearsets. It pulls all the way to about 60kmh which makes it rough to get off from a dig. Either you bog or you have to be mean on the clutch. Id say its just as fast as a st1 9-5. Maybe faster with the right driver and tires. The torque steer is alot better than stock with all the mods done to it.

Tack! Svårt att säga. Lämnar man iväg allt till en verkstad så kostar det nog över 150.000kr Det är mycket timmar bakom såna här byggen.

I will do a list of the specs soon and put up! It runs 1000cc injectors. I have no idea of the milage on it, sorry :)

Quiafe is the manufacturer of the gearset that fits inside of the original housing.

Vad är det för färg ? Ser så fin ut. Är det Hasselnöts Brun ? (Hazelnut Brown Metallic )

Det sitter ett komplett Ferrita system med 100 cells katalysator flyttad längre bak. Jag hade tänkt hissa upp bilen och visa sånt men jag fick hoppa över den delen tyvärr!

Hmm I dont see the point when you could easily build on the 9-3 xwd if you are into that. Fwd high hp is a special nische some people enjoy hehe
