I'm a copier service tech and one of the brands I service is Ricoh. The SP5-810 SC Reset is primarily for fuser error codes which are going to be most of the SC500's. If your SC code isn't in the 500's try just rebooting the machine some of the SC codes will reset themselves at that point.

Good video. I like how reliable Rico copiers tend to be but I loathe their SC error codes and resetting them.

Rather then just scrolling down through the sp's looking for 5810 you can also select SP Direct at the top of the screen and type in 5810# and it should take you right to SP5-810
