I had a chance na ma assists ko si Ricky when I used to work at Abensons Greenhills branch way back in the early 90's. Napaka soft spoken niya sa personal, mabait kahit may konting complaint or question siya sa product na nabili niya napaka professional niyang makitungo sa mga karaniwang tao. Ilan lamang silang celebrity na may ganoon ka pleasant attitude kaya tumatak siya siya sa akin.
