I understand it is hard to raise a child by yourself women. If a man is out working and taking care of his kids the mother can have the father taken off child support. So, what's really going on? Well at least in VA, that’s not how it works. Child support ends when the child graduates. If the child graduates at 17 then the child support will end after the child turns 18
