About The Rick & Kelly Show:
Kelly and I are really excited to launch this project together, our own show where we can both say ANYTHING and EVERYTHING on our minds without fear of retribution from any corporate bosses. My wife Kelly Leventhal (professionally known as Kelly Dodd) is a bona-fide reality star famous for her raw and unfiltered take on every situation.
Her no-holds-barred style earned her the title of the "most real" of the Real Housewives of Orange County the past five seasons, but also cost her tens of thousands of dollars in fines from the network! Together, we have countless tremendously entertaining stories to tell and can't wait to share them with you every single week! Subscribe now and be part of our podcast family!

I’m a survivor of a drunk driver and my brother as well both of us live with life long back problems and chronic pain. There’s no excuse for getting in a vehicle and driving impaired. Shannon could have called a Uber a friend but she decided to drive. I hope she decides to sober up and get help.

No Kelly, not everyone has had a drink and driven! Stop it! Who cares about paparazzi outside her door? She could have killed someone! A child! I doubt she will learn her lesson. Back then Shannon was "heartbroken" because David said she drank too much. Her friends have said so, other housewives, John etc etc. She needs rehab!

Compassion is one thing. All her friends made comments on the show about how much she drinks. What if she took their child from this earth? She needs in house rehab, probation and off the drinking show. And so do many other Bravo lebrities. You can’t have selective compassion for those that are your friends but not others. Where was your intervention? Where was Bravo? This will be a part of Bethany’s potential lawsuit along with Gina, Pk and on and on. Who is next?

It’s nice to see your compassion…it really is becoming on you to go along with your beauty. Your dress is darling. One more thing…I have to hand it to you for raising such a beautiful smart daughter. I will say it wasn’t a mistake it was a choice. A mistake is when you take a coat from a rack that looks like yours. A choice is when you look at a coat, like the way it looks and take it, she made a choice to get in a car and drive while under the influence.

And then to get out of the crashed car and pretend to walk her dog like she didn't just crash her car??!! "Oh no, that wasn't me. I'm just walking my dog." Totally disgusting. Kelly has been gracious ever since Rick? Her Insta story this evening poked fun at Shannon while Kelly was in the Uber with her friend Asia and she said,”no DUIs in this car this evening.” After Kelly received backlash, she deleted the story and posted another story trying to insult us all to tell us that she was joking around… and that WE needed to get a sense of humor? 🤡 There is nothing funny about what Shannon did or about the situation as a whole . While we are not beating up on Shannon don’t insult us by telling us that you didn’t take a dig at her last night Kelly. You said what you said just own it. Also don’t tell us that everyone has had alcohol and driven a car- false. Most of us are responsible people. You rage and regret as a pattern constantly . We all want to like and support you, of course, but this is the kind of stuff you do, and then try to turn it around on us when we react as if we’re the villains for what came out of your mouth . Godspeed to Shannon for the most positive result.

I tell this story to wake up the invincible. Many have drove drunk. Oh my son's friend drove drunk 2 years ago and is paralyzed now. I didn't know what to say to her other than to console her and tell her I am here for her. But I did tell her that it could have happened to anyone at anytime. She is past the point of casual drinking. She drinks to try to feel normal and stuff her problems and feelings down. I've seen the video now. As fast as she was going and as heavy as that car is, she's lucky she didn't hit and kill someone. I agree that people make mistakes and compassion is deserved. However, this accident is not a mistake, it's just the first time she didn't get away with it. She's driven drunk before, no doubt in my mind, she just never got caught. Which is why she felt it "okay" to get in the car this time. The running part of it is also not a mistake but a calculated effort to avoid responsibility. Had those people not come out of the building and gotten her license number, I don't think she would have stopped and tried the fake dog walk. She's someone who has a seriously problematic relationship with alcohol.

Drunk driving is very serious and hitting something and running should have way harsher punishment . It’s one thing to drink drunk . But to her in an accident she didn’t know no one was hurt - she just ran like the coward she is. Her last worry should be fame and being on some stupid show. I guarantee this is going into Bethany’s potential lawsuit, along with Gina’s DuI , Pk and others. It’s serious. And several people on and off the show made comments about Shannon, so her friends should have done an intervention. I hope she goes to rehab, is off the show while doing so and gets herself together for her three beautiful daughters, her dog she had with her and her wonderful life.
