Regardless of value, Heather lost one of a borrowed a pair of supposed diamond pave' hoop earrings and didn't divulge it until she returned just one after keeping it far too long, after she was asked to return them. Though Heather paid Krista $3,000 to replace the pair of diamond earrings, she reimbursed her the $3,000. No foul, no harm on Krista's part (though arguably not honorable), and Jeff believed and spoke on what Krista told him. Heather would have to produce tangible evidence of damage to her repute and/or career for an actionable cause against Krista and Jeff, and distinguish the difference between how much her feud with Justin (an unrelated matter) diminished her repute/career, etc.

I think Heather was unjustly picked on! I am glad she cleared her name! I would have done the same thing.

I feel so bad for Heather in all this!

I agree with your mom about the earrings. Krista wouldn't have returned the money if they were real. 💕 Have a wonderful Thanksgiving 💕

Obviously Krista knew the earrings were fake. She basically has nothing going on so this earring story was something she could milk for podcast appearances. Justin was on board because he already had his knickers in a twist… he didn’t take much convincing. It’s pretty pathetic if you ask me. The fact that Jeff refuses to see reality is so ridiculous.

Another detail: Heather said today that SHE sent K a pair of the Revolve earrings. In exchange, K venmoed $3,000 to Heather. It seems to me that attorneys are involved and by accepting the earrings, K is acknowledging they are of comparable value to the ones she lent Heather.

Rick has a storied career for decades as an investigative reporter. Rick knows what is up about the earrings. You can’t get to where Rick is by being a fool.

Rick has a great voice. Very soothing.

Dry shampoo. And I used to be like you, Kelly, and not be able to go a day without washing my hair... But somewhere around 48, the amount of oil produced in my hair started to reduce. Now I wash every other day and on the in between day I do dry shampoo. 😊

I think the water and shampoo go on the dreads or braids just like any other hair. For 40-plus years, I washed my hair every day. Now that Im Ricks age, my hair is much thinner, so I skip a day here and there. When I worked for Kay Jewelers for 20 years, I washed and styled my hair every single day, the retail environment is so sweaty!

He said the most kindest truthful complimentary words in describing the both of you - especially you Rick! I, of course, already admire you both, but it also made me so happy and proud to be a true fan of yours listening to him talk about the two of you. Thank you for bringing joy and laughter in my life everyday with these episodes and your Patreon episodes. You two are the absolute best. Krista knew they were fake and let Jeff make a fool out of himself. Jeff defamed/slandered Heather and he has Krista to thank for all of this.

She returned the earrings because she knew they were from Revolve and Heather had the proof. Because if that was untrue, Krista would have come out and said she never bought earrings from Revolve. And by returning the money, Heather can't sue her and it stops the talk. And Krista looks stupid because she said she never wears fake jewelry yet there's proof she certainly bought fake jewelry. Jeff is only adamant because he doesn't want to lose another friend and he went in too hard. And Krista has to stick to her story because if she admits she did buy earrings from Revolve, it all comes undone. And I don't buy the, oh because I was getting hate, I gave the money back, guess what, she'll get even more now. That makes zero sense. And for all the hate she's getting, have you read comments on Heather's social media accounts. She gets just as much hate from the Jeff Lewis fans. The fans are nuts and if you can't take it, then a social platform isn't for you.

It is the case that gave rise to the attacks on “frivolous lawsuits” in the United States. Almost everyone seems to know about it. And there’s a good chance everything you know about it is wrong. It is for this reason that I strongly encourage you to do a little light research and discover the true facts of this case, as they are anything but frivolous. "Grandma" was severely burned throughout her groin and thigh area. All she asked was for reimbursement of medical bills but was turned down. She was not the first person by any means to be SERIOUSLY scalded by McDonald's coffee. Unfortunately, and callously, McDonald's failed to address this very serious risk over the years. There have been documentaries produced on this very topic. Once you see the burns that "Grandma" endured and learn the history leading up to this horrid event, you will see that this lawsuit was anything but frivolous. Simply search 1992 McDonalds Hot Coffee Lawsuit.

Kelly and Rick-I was waiting for an earring conversation while you were on the show with JL. I believe that JL should apologize,on air, for his comments to Heather. I think most of us are waiting to hear this from him. If he would publicly apologize, it would be a good look for him. YES- agree that Krista knew they were fake. And the fact that she even took the money is really bad. I believe Krista was in with Justin Martingale to bring down Heather and Jeff got into the mix and took pleasure in attacking her. I had the same issue I had oily hair I washed it everyday but it was drying out my ends. I bit the bullet and trained my hair now I wash it every two days I can go a week but then I feel dirty. When I was training it I had it up in a bun and used dry shampoo.

The new Olaplex dry shampoo is good & good for your scalp but the big game changer one for me has been a very fine powder dry shampoo from primally pure for dark hair! It works wonders!! 🎉🙌🏻 I love their deodorant too as it doesn’t have any harmful chemicals. They have a IG as well. The micro fine powder is the color of cocoa powder for dark hair. When I had thyroid issues my hair got super greasy. But I'm like you, I feel gross if I don't wash every day but have tried to skip a day when I can.

Kelly , you are blessed for having oily skin /hair . The oils helped hair growth and preserves skin . This is one of reason you look so youthful among other reasons😊 I would recommend not advertising your assets . There a lot of crooks out there ! I also wouldn’t advertise when you go out of town as someone could burglarized your home ! I would have a standard background this way no one knows where u are located !

try this, it worked for me- reverse routine and condition first then carefully work the sulfate free shampoo on your scalp only (not the ends); use cooler water rather than hot to avoid making your scalp sweat and same with styling tools, try not to get your scalp sweating. Also if you play with your hair alot, pulling up or resecuring, running fingers thru hair, if there are moisturizer oil/product residues on ur hands, it makes my hair look greasier quicker. there is also a test you can to by dropping hair in water for a few min. and if it floats or sinks will help determine which type cleansing condit products are best for ur hair porosity (floats = low porosity; sinks = high) ❤

I always had oily scalp, my hair fell out in late teens, I washed my hair twice a day, the doctor gave prescription for a shampoo started with a P, I started to get perm it will dry the scalp, my hair is straight and fine, your not, still have to wash my in three days, I use T Gell shampoo its helped, remember to conditioner the ends not the scalp! Happy Thanksgiving! 🤗🦃

@Kelly ,Try changing shampoos. I use Tresseme shampoo and conditioner. I use very little conditioner bc I use Rusk. It’s a spray I use that’s smells so good, then style the front of my hair with the blow dryer. I get so many compliments saying I smell so good lol. Another thing people ask is what perfume I wear? I just spray white musk and boy does it smell good too! The Rusk is not cheap for the little bottle, but if you want to try it, it’s an orange top with a frosted clear bottom.

Kelly, my hair is similar to yours and have found if I don’t use any conditioner or product, I can go 2 to 3 days with washing it.

I stopped washing my hair everyday. I now wash it about every 4 days. My hair now gets DRYER after 2-3 days. It is only after around day 4 that I get some oils at the roots. Kelly, tuff it out and try to get on an every other day schedule

Kelly - Try brunette dry shampoo. Spray it only on your roots. You can spray it on freshly washed hair, and it will stop the oil from building up overnight. Next day, you can spray a little bit more in your roots if needed. It took me a year of using dry shampoo before I could go a week without washing my hair.

After having my kids, I dried out lol my hair especially it’s not oily anymore so I do wash it once a week and it doesn’t look dirty. It actually looks better the more days I don’t wash it.

When I was younger I had oily hair and oily skin now on the other side of menopause, I can go a week and not wash my hair. Plus gray hair is so much drier.

Haircolor helps hold oils back....i can usually go over a wk without washing hair...but my roots need recolored & hair looks oily after a couple days
