He's actually a massive dick head, my dad went to a top gear filming and him and Clarkson went off for a fag and ignored everyone the entire time. James May however was a class act, he chatted with the audience, kept people entertained. The only of the trio I really respect after that. Maybe he's changed now, who knows but always seems like he's putting on an act.

I feel like he put into words something I've never known how to put into words about how you can feel about cars. Speaking facts

Richard is the GOAT, isn't he? The sheer enthusiasm he's got for cars, is truly, truly unmatched. This man has access to most expensive cars in the world, yet he enjoys your little MX-5 like a schoolgirl enjoys a cheeky little gossip in the corner of the school hallway. So pure.

Genuinely love how Hammond talks about cars, just pure passion from him, hard not to put a smile on your face

Can't believe how far and how quickly this channel is progressing. I kind of expected more of the Car Throttle vibes, but it's become so much more. It's brilliant to watch.

The amount of followers is one thing, the quality of content is another, and with all respect to Car Throttle, this is on another level. Anyway, no need to let my opinion ruin your no doubt fun and happy nature for a moment there.

One of the best videos on cars I have seen. Richard found the exact words that we all feel towards our own cars and why we connect with them so much as petrolheads. Brilliant.

I love that Richard and James hav essentially become wholesome car youtubers. And I love even more that they collaborate with others and remain active in the scene

Awesome idea to have Hammond involved, great exposure to the bigger car family of the fans of grand tour/top gear. Could Alex be the modern version of Clarkson ??... Awesome work Alex, and everyone else of course..

My god, I nearly wet myself when Hammond went borderline scientific and you picked up the pieces at the end Alex. This was AWESOME. A potential new series to get other youtubers/celebs in your car(s) and present mini interviews!

What I love about Hammond is he really seems like a guy you can crack one open with in the garage and talk about cars. Truly why he’s one of my idols and my favorite of the top gear 3. Seems like such a nice guy

As someone who got a Miata around the time you started project mx5 and having watched top gear my whole life not only was it amazing to see you both together in a Miata but it also maybe me so happy when Richard said a fiesta st, coming from an NA that I loved so much and looking for something more I was taken back when on a whim I drove a fiesta st I fell in love it's cheap fun handles great has some pickup and has great aftermarket support just can't agree with you guys more I love cars they just make me happy

Alex, you need to go and see rich fabrication for his strengthened diff casing and add the diff inserts from power flex really helps the diff. Really helped my mk1 diff slop.

Like Hammond said, the are experience is changing with the new age of electric cars but the thing that I will miss the most is the music of the exhaust note and tunnel blasts.
