In #2. Don't Chase Money. I feel that's an intuitive process to evaluating a business idea. Also, when he explained it, it made a lot of sense. He starts with a goal to be successful in a way that doesn't involve money, and then he worries about how to keep that type of success going. Which he called paying the bills.

I'm utilising point 6 with shorter contracts with suppliers and customers. Working hard to keep customer and reducing risks with the contracts of suppliers if there is a bad fit.

Difficult to choose one because each one is golden advice. But I choose no 3. Try Things : "One important thing is just not take failure so seriously.. Eighty percent of all small business people fail.. It is important to learn from it, come back and start again.. You know multi millionaire and billionaire have been through two three bankrupt companies in their lives.. Its what limited companies were designed for by governments it was to say to people try things and if you fail it should not affect you personally." my second favorite is no 8. " life should be fun .. play hard and work hard"
