I thought i am in great suffering already but hearing your story inspired me to work harder as a Christian. Seeing you and your wife fervently serving the Lord Jesus Christ after all you've been through is an inspiration. Hallelujah!

I had the priviledge of spending a whole day with the Wurmbrand's at their home in California, many years ago, even went ice skating with their grandson. Their joy is so infectious, and he is so full of other stories such as he is relating here, to show God's mercy in the midst of sufferings that they experienced.

I know a sic who heard him speak in a Church in California. She could not say anything other than it was beyond words.

I cried hard after watching this...tears of joy and burden at the same time. I will never be the same again. The Lord is so so good!

Richard looks so happy and joyful, he had a real shining eyes. Loving and showing compassion to the one troubled is really great. Great....

What is this? I came here after reading Wurmbrand: Tortured for Christ - The Complete Story

I'm reading now for the first time his book and I've discovered that he was arrested for the first time in a prison about 2 miles away from where we live. I passed so many times by but never thought R. Wurbrand has been there the first prisoner of this prison back in 1948 (29th February) What a great man of God

And Christians argue and are divided for petty reasons. I am cut to the heart myself. Lord let me see and Love as You do, in Christ name, Amen.

I read his first book twice and reading all of them. This man is an example of a true Christian. Makes me feel inadequate as a Christian at times. It is so very important to support Voice of the Martyrs. So very important.

@@crmnzcndn5901 ......VOM apparently began as an extremely productive and uplifting ministry in regards to helping persecuted Christians all over the world. However, as he typically does, the enemy came against this work of God and just caused havoc in so many different ways in order to kill, steal and to destroy ..in whatever way he could.I send them support whenever we are able. But I think now that I' better do a lot more research before sending any more........especially after reading the letter that Richard and Sabina Wurmbrand's son wrote to them. Just beautiful, tears in my eyes in awe of the Lord Jesus's love.

These are and were our Romanian greats, giants in the faith of our Lord. Growing up for a part of my life in communist Romania I know well great people of Christian faith who stood strong in the face of communists and served the Lord, even unto death, but how much more sister and brother Wurmbrand stood to defend Christ in those difficult years after the war, I can't imagine. Pana ne vom revedea din nou in ceruri, sora si fratele Sabina si Richard. Until we meet again in heaven, sister Sabina and brother Richard.

I remember that kling-klang story, heard it in 1990 as the Wurmbrads visited my country.. so precious.

Praise God for lifting up this man and woman that so humbled themselves before the Marxist Regime; others; and Christ. xoxoxo May I have the inner strength through the Holy Spirit to stand strong as these people did. That was so good. Thankful the Lord spared their lives and has used them to touch millions. Praise God.

A solid man of God . Truly horrific what so many of our brothers and sister in Christ have went through tho truly an honor to be tortured for Christ . This mans faith is inspirational , if I ever come across anything he has written I'm going to look forward to reading it . God bless this man and his wife who's faith persevered through such torment

VOM threw Michael out of VOM after he requested an independent investigation into the suicide of Tom White. Do NOT support this "ministry". It is not even a shadow of what it once was...Richard and Sabine would be aghast to see what they have turned it into. Michael has a ministry: helpforrefugees.com. All monies to go people in need...a ministry of integrity, with the fear and holiness of God.

What wonderful true in every sense of the word Christian, couple to be so admired and revered. May God Bless these amazing martyrs. I thank you for the inspiring movie, "Tortured for Christ".

Father in Heaven ur love is unbeatable..Great man and woman of God saying their humilation with smiling face...

Richard and Sabina were TRUE church leaders. What they suffered under Communist persecution was unimaginable and they never ceased to forgive and love. I had the privilege of hearing him preach in person in 1995. There was one part of his message that was prophetic; i.e. God spoke directly and specifically to me through one part of it regarding a life directional decision I had to make in my life.

PRECIOUS BROTHER AND SISTER

Every bird sings every day, why don't we as Christians sing to our God every day? Watching this in Nov 2020, a powerful testimony. Pray for the countries of the world where persecution is the highest. Pray for those in prisons to be set free.

Praise Father God Almighty for their lives 🙏 May our Heavenly Father keep and guard their son Michael 🙏
