The first guy was not actually scamming if you buy an exclusive while it’s still in the shop it is untradeble. I also bought the otter and I could not trade it until the new update came out yesterday. So he was not trying to scam.

The reason he cant trade is cause its a shop item and since it can be bought its unable to be traded and u have to wait till new shop arrives then you can trade them

New exclusives aren't tradeable till the next ones come out thats how it works idk why but thats how it is So its tradeable through bank only but that doesn't mean he's not a scammer cuz he can just take ur pet and leave, only a very few people are legit
