What is a rich pretender?
It’s giving the illusion that you are better off than you really are!
We live in a society where there is so much pretence that it’s difficult to differentiate between a person who truly has wealth and a person who is simply pretending to be rich!
If we don’t learn how to get our money to work where it compounds and increase, you will ultimately become stuck in a cycle of spending to keep up appearances.
Remember, DON’T GO BROKE TRYING TO LOOK RICH!

Don't wait for inheritance. Go ahead and create your own wealth. If the inheritance comes, it will be an additional.
We all need to share this channel to everyone and anyone. We need to Pastor's channel to at least 1 million subscribers as soon as possible. These are great teachings that everyone must listen to.

Go to the various investment platforms like HARGREAVES Landsdown, Fidelity, Trading 212, Etoro, etc to mention a few. Also checkout Yahoo Finance too has most of what you need to know. REITS distribute most or if not all of the profits to shareholders. Before you ask me, Yes, I have invested in a few of them, NO, I cannot tell you what they are because I am not a financial adviser and prefer not to say, the dividends paid are reinvested hence the compounding effect discussed in previous videos mentioned on this channel. Good luck. You are on the right track.
