This is proof that how you treat others MATTERS! This mean girl is willing to bully and sabotage her fellow classmate just to win the class competition. But it comes at the price of ruining a poor dad's life. In the end, you would think she learned her lesson, right? But no, she goes on to sabotage her co-worker in order to prove that she's better than her, and deserves to win the promotion. Will she ever learn that how you treat others, will ultimately affect your own life?

If that guy was my dad I'd be so proud of him. My own father was born in the slums of London, UK, but went to night school, studied and eventually achieved a managerial position in a famous British store group, and received the respect he deserved. If it taught me (and him) anything, it was to treat everyone equally!

Her(the daughter)was being "typical teenager"... Unfortunately, when kids(even elementary aged kids are bullied about their clothes, glasses, what their parents may do, speak, drive, etc)go through this type of "bullying"(which HAS ALWAYS EXISTED in my LIFETIME) they don't realize & appreciate sacrifices made, opportunities created, and the true Love & support given by such selfless parents until they, themselves are adults... Annnnnd Especially, when they become parents.🥴

I hate it when rich people think that they are so entitled but janitors are so missed treated
Hard work never hurt anyone. I have more respect for janitors and trash collectors than CEOs
What teacher is given keys to every door in any building . Janitor / custodian is a highly trusted position .

If my daughter acted like that child, I’d be in jail.
Poor guy has got to deal with disrespect from everyone including his own family.
I worked my way through school as a janitor.
We need more stories that inspire like this.
The father is the best person
As someone who has done cleaning as an extra job, I also went back to uni to study law. People are quick to judge but smart means taking every opportunity to succeed. No job is too lowly.

Proud her dad was honest with her about himself and the goals he wanted for both of them. Children don't see the first for the trees.

That would explain why not many people wanna live in North or South Dakota. They're both cold and dry. 😅
I know 2 janitors at my work . 1) worked like over 70 hours of work each week for years. He has a beautiful rental property in Africa. He rents out 5 units. He finally cut back and started working 1 job. When i see him he is always working hard. 2) another Janitor i know owns 2 triple deckers. As a maintenance worker myself, my boss came to my house to talk about an issue. When he arrived, his first comment to me was that he was paying me to much. You see, not to brag but i live in a million dollar house. I have a friend, if you looked at the way he dressed you would think... ......? He has 3 properties worth over 2 million dollars .

Her entitlement was toxic, this dad Jorge Diaz was studying to be a teacher but mocked and thought to be a janitor. The mean student and Professor ignored Jorge's experience from teaching in Colombia, it will be the last mistake ever made!!! Somehow, this will not end well for the bullies if Jorge makes it to the top!!! Be careful everyone!!!

AND WATCH OVER THEM. THERE ARE MANY DISGUSTING KARENS WHO KNOW HOW TO MANIPULATE THE BOSS AND MAKE THINGS LOOK DIFFERENT AND BETRAY THE REAL GOOD ONES
This story is a great example of good verses evil! Good wins every time no matter how bad things look, God sends Angels to make sure his people are treated well n with respect! The daughter needs to work for her own way n not be a future Karen! Dad will be an excellent volunteer to help others in his field as an instructor n secures his future as an elderly no matter daughter or not!
I have seen this storyline more than once. It may be a story of fiction, and It's so inspiring to me. Thank you for posting this story.
Who actually believes that there are so few teaching jobs and lots of applicants? The daughter is a gross Karen.
This channel deserves wayyyy more followers

Love n Light 😮 where?! She's a negative person.
The Dakotas of this world go through life like a runaway car hitting most of the cars parked on the side of the road! Denial is their trademark hat often finds them working many places for short periods until their expose their lack of manners, ethics and character. The all they get in night janitors until they screw that up too!
She will not get it. But the janitor. Will get it. So ha ha to her .

Stereotypical Karen who believes in Moon conspiracy and Pizzagate, hates immigrants ("they take my job!"), and probably supports the death penalty.
What a courageous man to leave everything and everyone back in his country to bring his daughter here to the US to have a better life, education. That selfish brat doesn't think of everything her dad had to give up to give her a better life.
Nothing wrong with being a janitor. It is a good, honest living.
His daughter is acting like a brat. She is not showing respect.

I can relate to the janitor, Jorge . Ive had to endure disrespect and devaluing treatment from toxic entitled unsupportive people. The payback is when you work hard for a goal, and have the discipline to pursue it, with focused dedication ,determination, and tenacity, eventually you will rise above.I also relate to Beth because doing what's right is also my guiding principle since childhood. Thats a value my parents instilled in me..

I have 2 college degrees, and was a Custodian through High School and College. Im 64, and found myself "cleaning up" no matter what "professional" job I had, never once ever feeling less than, nor has anyone ever made me feel that way. I like things a certain way, if its not the way like it, I'll correct it to my liking! Im a proud neat freak, or Janitor!
Oh Beth is such a sweet and honest person she will succeed. Dakota on the other hand with her attitude its a different story, Be kind and polite to the people you deal with.

Dakota can kiss every job goodbye while she spends time in prison reflecting on her own actions cause no one wants to hear her constant complaining about her problems, and would call a serious therapist or psychiatrist if I were the manager!!!🙄😒 Brenda is a very trusting loyal worker!❤
I'm that he's never get up. Keep your head up and succeed.
People should not looks down on the janitor because it is not for them cleaning the toilet people would not have a clean toilet to go to and they to the job that nobody wants to do
She's wicked😢
It wouldn't have taken me long at all to see through this "Karen" so-called worker.
Mija popped off like a Disney Princess, she a real Life Jasmine ❤😂😅
Mom got her teaching credential while raising three out of control teenagers and working two jobs. When she graduated it was the happiest day of her life. All that for a low paying teaching job. That’s dedication.

The girl that works at the shop looks better than the rich one
The 'baddest' acting I've ever seen by the one that left, but I'm sure she's a fine person in real life. . .

They are bad actors. The over the top "rich" people couldn't act their way out of a paper bag.
Liked this, there are too many Dakota's out there, and on occasion some believe the stuff and miss opportunities. Though we knew the janitor was clearly going to get the job, I wanted to see him show up for that first day.
I hope she wouldn't bully the Willy's Wonderland Janitor (who's more than a simple one)...

back in the day when aust. had the white collar bar. My mother went in for surgery for a thyroid toxicosis op she was the first to receive the German operation with little scaring. While in recovery there was a cleaner an aged man who came into her room. From across the room this aged cleaner said you had this type of op. May I look my mother said yes. He looked at her throat and said nice job little scarring . Turned out he was a surgeon who was in on this innovating procedure. But due to Australian law at the time he could not practice. I always talked to the cleaners or janitors they are people who speak often many languages and are not below me. Even our Prime Mister has to go to the loo and use toilet roll.
