Bronny is a Ferrari watch and see he grew up playing hoop he’s young he’s been trained by one of the greatest players to revive this game LBJ king James so he’s learning with this opportunity his first game he was just missing nba range shots ok if he didn’t miss those well taken shots he would have had 20 plus everybody would have been on his band wagon talking about how his supers genes activated he I learning and once he gets comfortable he’s going to take over he’s ahead of his game just by subconsciously being trained first so where going to see greatest in the making and is story is going to be a inspiring one everything perfect don’t start out that way it takes growth and hard work I’m glad to see him finally be aggressive and attack and thats what they told him To do as well because of his athleticism he can create too he finally was aggressive as if he was the star he has to play like in the super star already I’m just building and take control attack create drive get to his spots these things he will learn asap

I will not speak for anyone else but I feel just from what I've seen he hasn't earned it. if he was going to go to college to play ball he should have just stayed and played ball. Show everyone your ability in college and still make money with NIL while he continued his journey. He had a heart scare it hasn't even been a year so why was the push for the league so important? I'm sincerely rooting for this young man I want him to do big things in the profession he chose. My main concern is how all this noise (mine included) will effect his development.

“And sons” companies businesses you can hand down to sons that you have trained to do so. playing in the NBA is a job that you cannot just hand down because it’s not yours to give (its the owner’s or the gm’s) and because you can’t really just force anybody to be ready for that kind of job, it requires absolutely elite skills. You can’t even compare this to something like the knicks hiring Rick Brunson or whatever because he was actually a coach at least. Bronny is not a player. Sorry, he’s not. After high school, it is a fact that he has only ever averaged something like 5 inefficient points on a bad college team.

Hiring Junior is not an adequate action for that purpose. However, nothing could be farther from Lakers' stakeholders mind than winning championships. They don't give a darn to it. A good portion of people see sports as the ultimate meritocracy. This kind of puts a nail in that coffin. I don't personally care too much, i dont like Lebron but his kids seems like a really good kid, but this whole thing seems like it is for Lebron. It doesn't seem like any of this is about the kid, and for a lot of this it just goes to the idea that Lebron is the biggest narcissist in sports.

Biggest victim here is Bronny because this is going to follow him the rest of his life and the problem isn't Bronny or his talent or lack of talent it's the gigantic EGO of Lebron James

Professional sports has has always been a form of show business, and LeBron and Bronny is great show business. And unless the youngster is a dud, it’s a gift that will keep on giving. And given LeBron’s contributions to the sport over his career, I say that if he wants to play with his son, he damn well should be given the opportunity. Nepotism? It’s as American as John Quincey Adams.

Do not interrupt your opponent when he is making a mistake. Let the lakers entertain this 7.5 million mistake. Meanwhile the west is better. Even the Sacramento Kings could outplay this storied franchise. Houston, San Antonio and Charlotte are all coming for them too.

This is such a gabage take. Who cares? Ill tell you who cares; Lakers fans who wpuld have liked a real draft pick, or maybe anyone one of the dozens of players and their families who wont get this opportunity- who deserved it more- who arent already set up for life like Bronny is. How can you say "who cares?" When so many people obviously do. Just because nepotism happens doesnt make it ok.

Wish I could get paid that money cause my daddy was on the team. Nepotism is wrong even if it is common in that S Hole known as LA.

The sad part is that most likely it's LeBron that's aggressively pushing for his sons to get in the NBA so he can say that he played with his son, like the Griffeys. It's not about what's good for his kids (Bronny suffered a cardiac arrest a year ago and for a lot of parents that would be enough to try to stop their kids from pursuing any sports), it's about LeBron and his ego. This whole time him and his agent were lying about Bronny even going to the draft, about drafting him, about JJ etc. And now the whole Lakers organization is acting like JJ hiring and drafting Bronny is based on merit.

How much money do you guys think Rich Eisen got paid (by LeBron's PR team) to publicly state this? I'm guessing there's no way that you casually have a take that Nepotism is okay at the very highest level of any professional position.

if you're ok with players not being drafted based on meritocracy, when you have no problem with the 55th pick being given a guaranteed 4-year contract...averaging under 5 in points, rebounds, assists and steals...and goes 2-8 from the field in only 1 summer league game, and may not play another due to "injury"...and while all previous collegiate players with heart conditions never being drafted, with Klutch Sports holding the Los Angeles hostage hanging the re-signing of LBJ over the organizations' head, with the hiring of JJ "LBJ fanboy" Riddick as head coach, who may or may not made a disparaging remark during Chinese New Year's (comical), and since the Lakers couldn't get any big name free agents to sign with them, have LBJ sign a max contract so that they are right up against the salary cap... but hey, if you're ok with that...

The Lakers went crazy because the Celtics passed them on the banner count. And at this point, for this next year, it's basically, LeBron can play with his kid, or we can start rebuilding a championship roster to go up against the Celtics again. And they went with LeBron, and a couple of good players decided to go elsewhere because of Bronny. They aren't blaming Bronny, they're blaming the atmosphere of LeBron controlling everything, including bringing in an inexperienced head coach.

People need to quit hating on anything Bronny gets. If he can get his foot in the door to wherever then more power to him. Who's to say he won't do good things with the money he makes. He has a good person to learn from in that department in his dad. Get all you can Bronny. Fk the haters. The louder they are just means your doing something that they only wish they could.
