I think Rich showed some real heart felt class here, and you could see he was truly stunned and saddened by Roddys passing. I to grew up watching "Hot Rod" and loved every single time that I was able to see that man perform, and what a man he was! A true original and absolutely one of a kind! I know it's been a minute since he left this earth but some people leave such an indelible impression on you that it feels like they've left a little bit of themselves for all that loved them, God bless, love and respect to you and your family and thank you for all the memories Roddy......

I see clips several times a week, I like the old Roddy, the attitude, the smirk, that slap the audience as he walks down the aisle swagger. Just watching his entrances, so subtle but so much happening and it's in his walk, his eyes, his posture the man was a literal genius at connecting with People, growing up for most of his life with Wrestlers was the best education he could have ever gotten and he used it all.

I couldn't agree more! The media is always so quick to look down on both wrestlers and the business in general for doing things that Hollywood has been doing for almost a 100 years! It was really nice to see not just any main stream journalist but a sports journalist "to boot". He treated Roddy death and all he accomplished with the respect it deserves while at the same time touching on some not very flattering circumstances that he would have lost any creditably if he hadn't at least acknowledged the situation. He did it with the utmost respect for both Roddy and his family!

His verbal style was to fly by the seat of his pants, be erratic and wild, and when he was still sharp when he was younger, he could string it ogether for a wild, fun interview. He attempted to do the same in his last interview. It may have fallen flat because he didn't have quite the razor wit he had before. But he was just trying to do what he always did. I believe he had his wits about him in his older years. But just some of his word choice and and mannerisms in his last interview did not look as strong as an old man.
