We used to run glasspacks and get them real hot , then spray cold water from garden hose up inside them , the fiberglass cracks like hot water on ice then it breaks down fast and gets a lot louder and given time they are basically a straight pipe that looks like a muffler

my ol sbc 350 shot some killer flames, exhaust ended almost exactly where yours does.. This don't sound too bad on camera either. It's a good different.

They're basically just shiny glasspack mufflers. Just like the Cherry Bombs, there's just enough sound cancelling to take away the cackle/rasp.

I run a river can in my v8 cam 5.3 and I still get compliments also has a 4 inch turn down.

Would like to see an update on your wheel & tire setup and how chomper is riding. Are your bump stops or upper control arms bottoming out with the level kit & 35s?

You need to put 3” tubing on it. Some black widow 10… and she would sound great

Just goes to show ya , you do t need to spend big money on a performance muffler to sound good. That cammed V8 is what makes the difference in sound in my opinion.

I feel like boom tubes would sound great.

Try Corsa and add long tube headers...chopper would sound so sweet.

Bud I got a set of 11” and a set of 18” sweet thunder mufflers collecting dust in my garage. They are 2.5” so you’d need adapters, but I’ll send you either set if you’re down 🤷🏻‍♂️

How well do you like the clamps vs weld? Any noticeable likes or dislikes vs welded I would like to do some new set ups for the 8.1 I go back and forth on wanting clamps and getting it done or not done because no welder ... It's a struggle haha.

What do you about the bolt on the passenger side in frame? At full lock my grapps hit it and it’s tearing a hole in my side wall
