Rice with wakame seaweed
This time we are going to prepare an easy-to-prepare recipe with an exotic flavor that will complete and decorate your fish dishes in a unique way.
Light, but full of nuances, this dish will serve you as I mentioned before, to accompany boiled fish, grilled, baked, seafood ... although you can also use it with other preparations of neutral flavors such as eggs or white meats.
Think that seaweed usually gives rice a certain taste of the sea, which is why this preparation fits so well with seafood.
As you will have seen in the video, the recipe does not involve hardly any difficulties. Just be careful to control the salt level, as some seaweed is dried with the same sea water and retains a large amount of this mineral.
On the other hand, do not forget to let them soak for about 10 minutes in cold water, or as long as necessary for them to hydrate and be soft.
