White girl here, my school had a korean exchange student. We became best friends, I got her to join the tennis team with me, I taught her how to drive, and she introduced me to the best food in the world. To this day it's my favorite, I can feel it heal me heart and soul. Anytime I travel, I look for a korean restaurant. They're are hard to find, my favorite one is hours away. I go once a year, and I wish Korean food was as popular as Chinese or Mexican, where as you can find 1-3 of those types of eateries in town. Every chef with this kind of knowledge is so precious!

my mom used to make this for me ALL of the time, and while i liked it, i got sick of it after awhile. lol delicious and easily modifiable dish though. easy to add more veggies, protein, eat with brown and/or white rice, cauliflower rice, udon noodles, etc.

You mix tofu with Gochujang (hot pepper paste), little soy sauce, and sesame seeds. It's Ez recipe!!👍🏽

I love to cook and entertain a lot. But I live alone (lucky me!) and sometimes I just like to make a big pot of something and reheat it until it's gone. This would be lovely for breakfast, lunch or dinner for me!

I just made this today for the dinner. Delicious! I can almost feel it in my mouth after a while. Suddenly I bought a random package of black bean paste. It turned out to be the same as the one you have in the video :))) So, I followed your recipe 100% and added a small amount of sugar to the beans. Very good. I recently, l started cooking my rice in the double Dutch oven & l ABSOLUTELY LOVE it because it takes less time than the rice cleaner & use the Dutch oven to store my rice in the fridge for the week. 🎉❤
