Rice Wine

Ingredients:
White raw rice - 230 grams
Sugar - 1 and half kg
Yeast - 1 tsp
Lime juice- 4 tbsp
Black Raisins - 250 grams
water - 4 liters
Preparation:
* Rinse, wash the Rice.
* In a jar add White raw rice , Sugar, Black Raisins, Yeast,Lime juice and water.
* Smash all the Black Raisins.
* Stir all the Ingredients using wooden spatula.
* Close the Jar lid air tight with the help of cloth.
* Every alternate days stir the ingredients using a wooden spatula.
* After few days can check the taste and add sugar as per sweetness.
* This would need 25 days to complete the Fermentation.
* After 25 days place a cloth over a strainer and separate the residue.You may repeat the step 2 to 3 times.
