Rice cooker Japanese Cheesecake recipe / 밥솥 치즈케이크 만들기
celebrated my birthday my self by making Japanese cheesecake at home. no needs the oven, electronic tools.
How? DIY Two hands will do.
On my first try, It's a good thing not to mess up the work. :D

I just tried this recipe and it worked like a charm! So much easier than using an oven with water. The only thing is it's too sweet for my taste. I would probably use 80-100g sugar in the batter since the egg whites uses so much sugar already.
계란 6개(노른자 흰자 분리) 크림치즈 250g 따뜻한 물에 중탕으로 녹이기 따뜻한 우유 100ml+버터 60g 크림치즈+노른자+설탕 140g ^- 녹인우유+버터 섞기 ^-소금 약간+레몬즙1스푼 섞기 ^-중력분 60g+전분 20g섞기 머랭쳐서 반죽에 3번 나눠 섞기

This recipe is good.. just adjust the sugar 100g is perfect mix while whisking your egg white.

add sugar twice? 140g sugar to the cream mixture and 100g sugar to the egg white? Correct?

@@spheng4618 ... yes he added it twice but for me 100 grams is sweet enough.. add while you whisk the egg.. some recipe I watched is 140 grams too sweet for me.

Ellen Bulay I'm a bit confused myself with the sugar amount. with the batter you use 140g sugar and while mixing the eggwhites you would suggest adding another 100g instead of the same amount used for the batter. That's a total of 240g. while his amount is 280. I did mine I only used 140g for the whole recipe. Maybe this is where I went wrong. I also didn't add corn starch I just used the cake flour.

Beat egg whites untill they make white thick foam then add sugar in 3 parts, then again whisk with machine, it will create stiff peak foam

Eggs 6 Cream cheese 250 g Warm milk 100ml Butter 60g Sugar 280 g (1/2 in meringue) Lemon juice 1 tbsp Cake flour 60g Corn starch 20g
add a small pinch of salt to egg whites, whip then add sugar a liitle bit at a time. You also had some yolks in the whites which makes it even harder.

If you use a Cuckoo rice cooker, what setting do you use?

머랭을 치는 이유는 빵을 더 부드럽게 해주기 위함입니다
I think its from original recipe that you used ballon whisk, but that red hand scene just make me think i will use my hand mixer instead 😆
adding even the tiniest bit of egg yolk will make it difficult for your egg whites to form stiff peaks

Because the accidently mixing of a little bit of yolk, so it's hard to be meringue.

don't overmixed, and use rubber scrape when u are going to add the egg whites then fold it instead of whisking it ☺️
may i ask if your rice cooker has heat level, or just Cook and Warm? So for 50 mins, we will cook and warm? Am I right?

Hi. Florites sure you can use electric mixer. i think this guy didn't have a mixer . . FYI . I always bake this Japanese cake. but i have not try in rice cooker. will sure to try one day .. if use mixer. will be faster. it takes about 3--5 min. àdd the sugar in 3 proportion. and not even a. little of egg york in your egg whites ... happy baking .

Man, Meringue is not the same as beaten egg whites. Meringue is the same like Baiser (French), it's BAKED sugared beaten egg white. You don't use Meringue in any part of the video! Still a nice one, I like it ;) ...and BTW... Get yourself a blender! ;)
