When I Googled my name, which actually happens to be "Ricardo Villalobos", I didn't know I would discover some interesting sounding music. Now when my friends ask me what I am listening to I say "Ricardo Villalobos". They don't believe me and I show them my iPod and they are amazed. They believe that I actually made the music, but I am too honest to keep the lie from continuing ;). Good stuff Ricardo. Keep giving us a good name. My father has the same name as us as well.

now let's be honest... ricardo's fabric work reminds me of hawtin's closer cd - i think they were both pretty fuckd up on drugs & couldn't really tell that they were making shite at the time but hey that's the creative business for ya - u cant produce masterpieces all the time. that's not 2 say he doesn't do gr8 work but this isnt it i'm afraid. it will go down as 1 of man's farts - 1 4 the diehards. that's not 2 say the style doesn't have a place or value - he has alota fans!!!

@acidparty230789 calm down i was having a laugh, you can have your opinions but what you said was silly and what you replied with was even worse. in your first comment you said villalobos should stick to djing because his productions weren't good then you replied that villalobos wasn't impressive as a dj, make your mind up, lol. i'm just saying that most people will recognise ricardo as a brilliant producer and dj. in fact theres hardly that many artists who are brilliant at both.
