I always feel bad for Kaka for having such a short prime period, unlike Ronaldinho or Robinho, Kaka stayed away from parties and unhealthy life styles, yet injuries has taken out the best of him away from us. he deserves a longer prime

Easily one of the best CAMs of his generation. He basically had everything you wanted in your 10; vision, pass, a shot, and was just as explosive as R9. A great leader as well. Wish he did more at Madrid but injuries were his downfall

He was exceptional yet graceful. That is why he is still my idol. There are plenty of moments missing here such as solo goals vs Argentina, vs Celtic, insane acceleration vs New Zealand. He was very very difficult to deal with in those days. Insane acceleration, balance, passing elegance....he had it all. As the Rossoneri fans put up on the banner: "He is PRICELESS". What a player he was. I miss him.

Its so sad, that football nowadays is just about passing and defending and then countering. Kaka shows us what football in its prime was really about. I miss watching exciting football games...

Wasn't always the case though. Remember the catenaccio? :D But I agree over all. There used to be much more stand out players that could do magick, almost 1 per team. Not anymore sadly.

@@dregen8662 Modric won because of 2018 World Cup, and Griezmann was the third name in the dispute that year, also because of the WC, not to mention that Messi and CR7 were no longer in peak physical shape, unlike Kaká who beat two directly for the Ballon d'Or dispute in the prime of their youth! And with total merits, Kaká won and was top scorer of Champions League that season even though he's a midfielder, Kaká was an extraordinary player, a crack, serious injuries cut short his heyday, largely because he played in the 2010 World Cup injured, when he shouldn't have gone for treatment, which is a pity, because he could have been the world best player to more times!!!

Still one of my favorites of all time. If he didn’t get injured his career could’ve been even better but he was already a success story. He just flew through teams. Great vid keep it up

Before Kaka's injury, He was the man in real madrid squad. After his injury Ronaldo stepped in. But when they played together it was a pleasure to watch

To think that this guy came from one of the wealthiest families in Brazil and literally injured his vertebrae and still managed to have a hall of fame career, it's just mind boggling! Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite basically played for the love of the game. He had no financial incentive or motive. He was unable to walk for almost a year while recovering from a pool incident that broke his back. Then to play for many years at his style of elegant European moves/tactics with a hint of Brazilian flavor, makes Kaka one of the best tales in the history of FIFA! Won everything at club level with Milan. Won a lot of trophies with the Brazilian national team. And even played in the MLS (Orlando). Much respect to this dude!

I remember when I was a lot younger, I saw Kaka play, and I thought to myself, "That's me. That's how I wanna play."

Burro grande Kaka fue muy rápido en el Milan era el cerebro y goleador de la champions 2007 justo ganador balón de oro llegué el placer de verlo jugar la calidad de kaka es única es mil veces mejor de lis jugadores de hoy en día

He was perfect in almost every aspect as a soccer player.
