Wow! Thank you for the great methods. I did not realise that you could do it the third way! I'm so glad I came across your tutorial for ribbon embroidery :) Thank you, Sarah :)
Thanks so much these tips are awesome👍
So happy to have found you! I was gifted a whole set of supplies and ribbon, but though I have done lots of hand embroidery, have never worked with ribbon! Can't wait to get started! I love how concise and informative your videos are. No time wasting blabbing! Just teaching! Thank you!

Boil a kettle and wait a mintue for the steam to stop, then just hold the embroidery over the spout where the steam comes out (don't burn yourself!) for a few seconds, this should revive it. Your threads will need to be colour fast or the steam might make the colours run
What are you using to hold the hoop? Do you use this all the time or is this just for a demonstration?

This is a versatile table clamp and I use this all the time, although normally only one (we often use two for filming to keep the frame extra steady. We have a video on it (just search versatile table clamp) and we also sell them in our shop: www.sarahhomfray.com/myshop/prod_4538062-Versatile-table-clamp.html
What do you have wrapped around the outer ring of the hoop?

Bias binding Lisa. We have a video on this, why to do it and how!
Hi Sarah I love how you explain as you embroider. Can you tell me what kind of hoop you’re using? It looks very comfortable to have your hands free as you work. Please let me know. I will appreciate it. I’ll keep watching your other videos. Be blessed. Kikiliz

I hope you get to read this Deborah, ... I had that trouble too, but I was using the wrong type of ribbon. I finally realised and bought some very soft ribbon and I am learning really well now. So try buying from Sarah, her ribbons are beautiful. I bought a bunch and love them.
