Are you aware that the falling off in the movie was after the chronic dropped ? That's before Rhythm D, Bone Thugs gave his career, label a boost.

There was no “falling off”. NWA’s final album dropped in May 1991 and garnered success for a good year. NWA’s final album won an award in 1992. The Chronic came out in December 1992. Eazy dropped his EP in August 1993 and met Bone + Rhythm D that same year. In 1994, Bone released their first album, he had the Black Eyed Peas and was working on a double album. Eazy’s radio show also premiered in July 1994. In that period, Eazy appeared in CB4 along with Ice Cube, the Arsenio Hall Show, NBC, Howard Stern, on the cover of magazines, and a documentary about the controversy surrounding rap music including Dr. Dre, Snoop and others. He was also working on opening his own film studio and a movie script.

He was fallin off. Bone Thugs wasn't the biggest selling at the time. Bone Thugs had only released an EP at the time Creepin on a come up which went platinum. Their first album hadn't come out yet and BTH said themselves they were broke and Eazy was nowhere to be found. They were living out of motels. Then they met with Eazy one day and he was in tears saying Jerry took all his money. Most of the Acts on Ruthless at the time FLOPPED big time, HWA flopped, Blood of Abraham flopped, Kokane flopped, Menajahtwa flopped, Jimmy Z flopped, Yomo & Maulkie flopped, Pistol, Stefan, ATBAN Klan, all did nothing. Rhythm D had left out by 1995 so he had no inside info but BTH was with him everyday and confirmed he was doing bad financially.

First off, he was getting checks from Dre and the success of the Chronic. He may not have been at his peak, but going broke where he has to sell houses and live in a small house in Norwalk was all bullshit. Niggas for life album was out in 91, it’s on Dr Dre was 93 and bth creepin on a come up was 94. Dude had multiple platinum albums in the years he was supposedly struggling with the money he was making on death row success on that of that. He was hardly broke. People go years in between albums and ain’t broke. Come on
