I can finally finish my homework

For the last problem I solved it by doing GK^2 + JK^2 = JG^2 and got 25 + 25 = 50 because GK = 5 and all sides of a rhombus are equal and so JG would be the root of 50. But, the root of 50 / 2 doesn't equal 4 it equals about 3.54. Can someone tell me where I went wrong?

How about the math to work with a property map? Shape of property does not fall into a described shape as a sq. or rhombus or rectangle. Sides are oriented in degrees, minutes, seconds with direction. Take for example property with no equal sides and no equal angles at any of its four corners. Western side is indicated as N 060° 48'E, its length is 130.04'. Northern side is indicated as S 77° 50' W, its length is159'.49'. Eastern side is indicated as S 06° 42' W, its length is 98.07'. Southern side is indicated at S 67° 46' W. it's length is 172.71' .
