I've done plenty to fix my bulbous tip over the years.. first I tried fillers which gave me an idea how my nose will look like if it's lifted, and I liked it. I just went for a Tip Plasty and it changed how my whole face looked (slimmer, balanced face).. Really a good investment if you want to improve on how you look, Thanks for the video doc Reggie

I hate my nose. I feel like if I could do like a nose lift it would make it look somewhat better. I'd love to get a nose job but I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and I've been told I shouldn't have surgery unless it's life or death because I am high risk for complications 🥺 it sucks

Heyy ferrous. Depending on your goal and situation at work and healing. If your main concern is Nosebridge, then have the Filler or threads first. If your main concern is your Wide Alars, then have the Alarplasty muna. It will also depend if you have work, and no time for healing yet Then nonsurgical ka muna. Next time na ang alars. Ito nalang final advice ko, better do it Both sabay na. It will feel 'kulang' pag paisa isa. 😉✌️

Hi doc, I watched your videos it's helped me to decide because before I don't have an Idea about the advantages and dis advantages for the categories which is what best for me to start with non surgical procedure . Hi charlie, i also have acne box scars. And its the most hardest to treat. The most definitive would be punch excision then suturing. But for the nonsurgical approach, Its a combination of Dermal roller, PRP, and fractional co2 laser resurfacing. Many....many sessions. Plus, maintaned by Microneedling to produce a smoother and moisturized skin tone. Rejuran can only help a little bit

Ahhh, thinner means you need to REDUCE. Reduction is a surgical procedure. If augmentation lang, like Yan Straighter Noseline, yun pwede nonsurgical, Threads.

yes of course jetter. if the structure of the nose permits it, bsta kaya. pero if it will complicate the surgery more, then wag na natin ipilit at baka tumabingi pa :)

Hi doc good evening. I had my Silicone Rhinoplasty 6 month's ago so far my nose is good now, totally healed. However I see like a white bump on my nostrils I think it's the silicone I noticed that few weeks after the surgery till now it's still there never gets big it has the same size from the time I noticed it. Is it a sign of infection doc?

Hi Sandee. Oh, based sa pagdescribe mo, it may or may not be infection, but it sounds more like 'migrated implant. Gumalaw sya during healing. Ingat coz its an impending 'extrusion' 😵 inform your surgeon ha?
