I had one on my 76 and now I have one on my 105, wouldn't use any other brand. LOVE my Pioneer Platform.

Did you notice a huge impact on fuel mileage & noise?

Would love to know how many screws go where.

I paid 1800 for purchased and installed @ In &Out Big Tires and Trick Trucks

Went to web site and it threw me into a gladiator category. What all do I need to purchase to attach the 54x52 pioneer platform to a Jeep JKU Hardtop. Very confusing?

Thanks for not telling me how many screws I need to insert in each slot.

We here at Rhino-Rack have spent multiple minutes developing the most obfuscated instructions we could. We know you spent more than $1,000 on your platform, but only God can tell you the spacing of the cross bars. However, to help, there is a QR code in your "instruction" book that will take you to a page that does not work. If you have issues, please call customer support. They are happy to tell you they will provide help, but sorry, that joke is on you.

How much height does this add to the roof overall once fully installed? I have a garage door clearance issue and every inch is going to matter.

What size are the bolts that attach the rack to the feet? I have a JL Unlimited Rubicon and my Pioneer rack is assembled with the backbone supports as well but there is very little room to screw down the 6 bolts and none of my paperwork says what size they are. Thanks.

@@darranjacobsen4366 72”x56”. I eventually got everything figured out and the roof rack has done great. I have an iKamper Skycamp 3.0 on it that is huge and it handles it along with me and my gear with no issues whatsoever.

Jacked up instructions. Do you initially put 12, 16, 20 or 24 of those tabs in (L)

You don’t have the exact size I’m after. Can I cut the slats that run parallel with the vehicle to make it shorter. Thanks

Hi team, this is for my 2021 Prado with factory roof rail. So I got a Pioneer Platform 1928 x 1236mm and raised rail leg kit RX100, as per your website they are compatible. However it appears that once the leg is placed under the platform's slot, I am not able to tighten the screw as the screw is completely blocked by the side steel bar. So what am I missing here? or the RX 100 is not the right choice? Thanks.

Hi, @@edenrow1901 i ended up with drilling 4 holes on sides. if u go to Rhino's website and search the rack, u would probably see something called 'fitting chart', in which states that it needs drilling 8mm holes, which however doesn't appear in the manual of either Rack's or leg kit's. Honestly am not happy with that and a bit regret bought the item...

"Don't take your vehicle though the automatic car wash with the roof rack on." Is this true as the rack seems like a more permanent accessory?

After contacting Rhino-Rack to attempt to obtain some small screws for corner caps that were missing the customer service was not exactly sure how to supply such a small request, apparently it had to involve their engineers and even then, after three days still could not come up with a solution to help a request a customer of theirs must say very dissatisfied and disappointed at such low customer service

Congratulations Rhino Rack for producing THE worlds worst assembly instructions- Undecipherable

YOUR WRITTEN INSTRUCTION are missing important details, example - page 5 of 9 it FAILS to show the distance between the five cross rails. The "link" in the instructions don't work and your website does NOT have the information either. What a Joke !!!

Absolutely useless video the directions that come with the kit are not very helpful either. Now I have to use the Allen key to adjust the platform and I can’t fit my hands in there. So I have to take the whole thing off again then guess and hope it fits. Not very happy with the help considering the price tag.
