USN P22 engines running.
The 2 x Deutz A8M517 diesel engines running under test alongside in Sandwich Kent seen from front. They are turbo charged with the pulse turbo system
The port engine is original to the vessel dated 1952
The starboard engine is a replacement dated 1957. Both still run beautifully with no smoke.
