Your video is so very helpful! Thank you so much. Just a question: in our elevator the keypad is not together with the card reader : the card reader is above the keypad, on its own. Could I try to add a card like that? I have the admin code for the keypad, but for the card reader I am not sure if it works too.

If you have the administrative codes you should be able to add whatever you want

What if it is not picking up the access ID?

Do you have a list of the admin codes? My lock delay is way to long, trying to get it to a shorter time. Thanks!

Can you add a key fob that has a password So just the Key Fob or Password Won’t work on their own. You need them both to activate the system?

This system is a very basic system. If somebody has a fob that is active in the system, they don't need anything else to open it.

How do you find the administrator code ?

Most units have a default administrator code from the factory. You can just Google the unit product number and you can find the administrator code. If it's been changed the only way to resolve that would be to reset the whole system.
