One of my favorite Rex Orange County songs that brings back old memories with friends

This song saved my life once. I was literally almost crashed by a train that morning after I realised my only friend at that moment wasn't my friend at all and I wanted to die for the longest time cause I didn't have any support during my depression. So I came back home heard this song and I got inspired in learning how to play the guitar, and I learned it that night. All that happened in a day but it wouldn't have changed that drastically if it wasn't that I heard the phrase "I don't wanna see you cry. You don't have to feel this emptiness". I think music can be a greater friend than most people sometimes.

This song is great. But more importantly, this video is a great example of having a small budget doesn't mean a bad video. The directors used their resourced incredibly well to create an effective video. I honestly, don't know that a large budget video would've been too much better if better at all.

It's so fucking great to see how far everyone in the civ has come, nak got his own shoes, Mikey's making big moves in the film and music industry and now Rex was just on one of the biggest albums possibly of the decade. Before the civ put Rex on he was a SoundCloud artist getting a couple thousand plays and now I can easily see him being one of the biggest artists of our generation.
