The French debate wasn't aimed at only Québec. I watched it because I'm franco-manitoban, although I speak English too. It did focus on the issues in Québec as most francophones are in Québec, but don't forget that there are 2 million French votes outside of Québec and roughly 8 in Québec. Unfortunately it did focus on Québec, because of that statistic and the bloc's presence there. I agree with the idea of regional debates though, but please do read statistics prior to speaking next time :)
