Thanks! For sharing your knowledge. I have a couple of points to make. 1. You rightly said that meditation brings positive changes in the DNA. Actually telomere in the DNA grows bigger in the ppl who meditate. 2. Forgiveness is imperative to live a blissful life but we shouldn't forget the negative events or ppl who have dented our psyche. If we forget, they will harm us again. Remember! Mohammed Gazni was forgiven 16 times by Prithviraj Chauhan when he attacked Somnath temple, he came back with more vengence 17th time to capture our valiant king. Had Prithviraj killed him on the third invasion, history would have been different. Meditation enables us to tap into cosmic wisdom, it enhances our intuition hence saves us from miseries. Third, when we meditate, our fear dissipates and faith in God grows many folds. In the current time and age, Population explosion of muslims is real, it definitely poses a threat to peace and security of many nations. We shouldn't fear it but we should pray to God and should have faith that the radical and destructive mindset of fanatic muslims will change for better to embrace peace and harmony in the world. Fear should be replaced with strong faith as majority of ppl believe that every human is capable of being a divine person.

Ram sir your explanation is too good. Though I meditate & go in trance many times, it is not fully satisfying. I shall correct. What I gather is that WHEN IN MEDITATION one should adopt good thoughts. However I may say that appropriate acting on unpleasentarys ( like ShriKrishna ) is also needed & pardonable.

Very very informative and enlightening videos. I have seen your videos first time and so much impressed that I am now seeing all your videos voraciously. Recently I am sick with my back pains. But after seeing your videos I am feeling as if I am relieved off the pain . Now I am sure that tour videos will certainly cured me of my back pains. Your thoughts are better than any medicine.
I do meditate daily, but what you show me today , I never have heard or thought how we easily control our body. Specially how we make protein . Thank you sir
