    निश्चय ही आपका यह वीडियो ध्यान (meditation) के बारे में सब कुछ कह रहा है। मेरी आयु 61 वर्ष की है और मैं युवावस्था से ही अपने जीवन के संघर्षों के साथ योग के समस्त अर्थात् आठों अंगों और भक्ति के बारे में सब कुछ जानने का प्रयास करता आ रहा हूं। मेरा दुर्भाग्य यही है कि पिछले तीन वर्षों को छोड़कर मुझे किसी भी विषय पर योग्य गुरु नहीं मिल पाया था, जो इतना गहराई से बातों को समझा सके। मुझे ऐसा लगता है कि ध्यान के बारे में मेरी खोज आज पूरी हो गई है और ध्यान के बारे में आप मुझे पूर्ण गुरु के रुप में प्राप्त हो गए हैं । हार्दिक धन्यवाद, गुरुदेव।

    Thanks! For sharing your knowledge. I have a couple of points to make. 1. You rightly said that meditation brings positive changes in the DNA. Actually telomere in the DNA grows bigger in the ppl who meditate. 2. Forgiveness is imperative to live a blissful life but we shouldn't forget the negative events or ppl who have dented our psyche. If we forget, they will harm us again. Remember! Mohammed Gazni was forgiven 16 times by Prithviraj Chauhan when he attacked Somnath temple, he came back with more vengence 17th time to capture our valiant king. Had Prithviraj killed him on the third invasion, history would have been different. Meditation enables us to tap into cosmic wisdom, it enhances our intuition hence saves us from miseries. Third, when we meditate, our fear dissipates and faith in God grows many folds. In the current time and age, Population explosion of muslims is real, it definitely poses a threat to peace and security of many nations. We shouldn't fear it but we should pray to God and should have faith that the radical and destructive mindset of fanatic muslims will change for better to embrace peace and harmony in the world. Fear should be replaced with strong faith as majority of ppl believe that every human is capable of being a divine person.

You deliver lectures on variety of subjects, ranging from medical, psychological lifestyle and also on English language. etc. All topics you cover thoroughly, efficiently, convencingly. You are senior, but certainly not old enough to be called a वयोवृद्ध. I appreciate your presentations, and the fluency in it. Sir, may I Out of humble curiosity venture to know , Where from and how did you acquire and store this huge quality knowledge you impart to us,on so many subjects and topics. While listening to your medical topics, I feel you are a senior doctor. whereas on lectures like meditation I feel you are a psychiatrist and a yoga teacher. While listening to your lectures on spoken English, I see a an English professor in you. Sir, i am a senior citizen age above 72.     Ram sir your explanation is too good. Though I meditate & go in trance many times, it is not fully satisfying. I shall correct. What I gather is that WHEN IN MEDITATION one should adopt good thoughts. However I may say that appropriate acting on unpleasentarys ( like ShriKrishna ) is also needed & pardonable.

    I thought that meditation was an way to develop the power of mind and soul. And this thinking made me to perform meditation, though I could not do it regularly. But from today, after having seen this video I have decided to meditate regularly. I am a retired person with lots of problems on me. But in spite of that I am passing my days happily without any problem.This। is only for my meditation, though not performed regularly. Your video is an eye opener to me. Thanks a lot for all these information. I must perform meditation daily from now on.
