Differences in men’s and women’s thinking that causes all these problems. Men tend to think: ‘There will be someone even better than her’ (abundancy mindset). Women tend to think: ‘That’s the one’ (scarcity mindset). How do they act on those thoughts? Men: will pull away and keep looking (independence). Women: will latch on to them (neediness). How will women react to the men’s independence? They will chase the men. How will men react to women’s neediness and chasing? They will lose interest. If you are a woman, do this instead: have an abundancy mindset, don’t think of him as ‘the one’ - keep dating, don’t latch on to him, don’t chase him.

@@rachelvanzilemaybe pull your energy back from him. Create some space by doing your own thing. Do things you love or that enrich you. That doesn’t mean you become cold or rude to him. You just pour into you more than into him. In fact, you could just pour into you. Let him feel the absence of your feminine energy. I’m no expert, however. I just think if he doesn’t feel that you are at his beck and call and you are doing things that interest you or are good for you, he won’t feel that you are needy or “chasing after” him. He will need to come to you.

Now I understand why my man finds me so amazing and why he wants to protect me, take care of me and provide for me... I am just a true woman!... Which he also says. He finds me a true and sensual woman. So for all the women out there who wonder what that is..... FEELING is an important feminine energy. Loving, nurturing and feeling your body is being sensual..... Let him be your hero.

Whew. This made me truly take a look at my behaviors. Ive allowed myself to become agressive after heart break.

This is exactly what I needed to hear. I was vulnerable and shared something that made me insecure and fearful with my boyfriend. He was amazing about it. This video along with my positive experience with my boyfriend just validated that it’s okay to share the bad emotions along with the good. I would never do that in past relationships but I am being authentic and true to myself this time. I did not blame him for my feelings. I just told him how I was feeling and what triggered my negative emotions.

I used to be a doormat to keep the peace. I am now a queen but it has been a learning process. Thank goodness I have an absolutely wonderful man in my life that can handle the queen.

I love your shorts and pod casts. I do wish I had found 13 years ago. I would have never married the man. I did at first I regretted it as I lost my family in the process. It should have been a wake up bell for me. I became a nurse with benefits. Divorced for one year, lost my regrets have my family back. I have spent this past year in a spiritual relationship/retreat with the Lord and His Holy Spirit. Still broken but it is ok! It is a process and I finally feel like I am healing ❤️‍🩹. I also noticed one of your T shirts. I want to say thank you for your service and protecting America 🇺🇸. My brother was killed in Vietnam. You are a hero for me. Blessings to you and your family.👼💕👼

That made no sense at all. If you say "I feel sad'...there has to be a reason, right? But you don't hint as to what that meant...why would anyone just say "I feel sad" without saying why? You weren't very clear.

Im sorry but i found it hard to “learn” from this video. You focused too much on what not to do, i already know what im doing wrong i need help knowing how to do things right lol you dont give enough information on that. IMO you focus too much on what not to do/how not to be…

This is all true but lets not forget, you can be feminine all day, but if he not commited to you and you are feminine, its not you hun, its the man and hes not masculine.
