As always do all your own research into any build and do so at your own risk. This video is for entertainment and demonstration not a full how to guide. Do not replicate anything you see me do in less you can do it safe and legal. And always Have fun.

Try increasing the wall count instead of infill percentage if you need stronger parts. I don't know that it will matter a whole lot in this application, but it's definitely the way to go to get the most out of your plastic. You have way more patience than I do, cool project!

If I go to print something for strength in a future I will definitely do that. Thank you for watching.
Still enjoy these projects, especially when you show the fails. Keeps it real. Whenever i see an upload, I'm here watching before anything else.

Thank you!@@1979tls
Very cool! Id love to see this thing rip around! At this rate it would probably be better to look for a diff style of clutch aside from plastic, it looks like it’s just going to break anyways.

I agree. I just was working within my circumstances. I have allot of plans for this thing yet.
I know it had so many fails but good on you for not giving up anyways. You learn something from every fail I'm sure. This was a good video. Also kill it!!!

Not sure if you mention, What material are you using to print?

I'm sorry I didn't see this sooner. I'm using pla. I know there are stronger materials I can print with but wanted to use the most commonly used filament.
Wow. I felt your pain. Honestly you did a great job and did well not giving up. At this point i offer only one piece of advice. 🔥 Burn it 🔥 Great job with the video! In hindsight... it wasnt your fault. Your minion failed. The virtual kasey took responsibility when you put the project on him.

I may not be done with this ???
You can't do the same thing over and over again and expect different results. Clearly, the PLA/ABS is not holding to the forces. It's 2024, outsource it to be printed in metal, or at least something way stronger than PLA/ABS. Also, I'd suggest considering replacing the chain with a belt clutch. You'll get more elastic force transforming from the clutch to the axle.

Yes if I outsourced it to be printed in metal it would be stronger but it was just over $600 to do so well beyond this channels budget at this point. I really like the belt idea We will see if I revisit this.
