Great video. What about recording a meeting and then getting AI to assimilate it as per your video. Being about search and jump to a selection a section would be great. Thoughts? Thanks

Hello Kaya. As stated at the start, I am using the premium paid plan ($20) per month and the GPT4 model. I also have a plugin activated hence the different background, though its not being put to use in this video.

@@ProperProjectManagement Ah I missed that, thank you for the response. Do you notice a significant enhancement upgrading to the paid version vs. the free version? I'm contemplating upgrading but $20 a month is more than my Netflix (LOL) and I don't understand the use cases where it would make sense.

@@ProperProjectManagement Another question : I also wanted to know whether or not the transcript or saved recordings are not kept on a remote server or "in the cloud" but are instead in the browser's local storage. I want to make sure that the confidentiality is guaranteed.

I have followed your suggestions and added a Teams transcription to ChatGPT but it is telling me that The message you submitted was too long, please reload the conversation and submit something shorter. Would you know what the limit is for the amount of text you can submit?

Hi Rachel. I believe there is a 4,096 character limit. The workaround, split up your meeting minutes as separate prompts, but be sure to keep it in the same conversation.

I would look to switch from Zoom to MS Teams if it would create a transcript & use ChatGPT to autocreate the minutes from that - live - which could be also edited in real time.

Would that be allowed to be used within corporate settings or only in informal meetings? I have my doubts on confidentiality matters...

Hey Carla. Its going to be organization, perhaps even department dependent. I would absolutely contact your compliance department or speak with senior management to get their sign off first.

Ms Teams transcript , doesn't record correctly. I have to listen to the recording and correct the transcript. Once I'm done with that , i then copy and paste it on ChatGPT to ask her to summarise the texts for minutes. I get better results all the time. What takes long is listening to the video again because chatgpt translates wrong words sometimes

I think we do the same job and I appreciate your video because I'm trying to implement chatGPT for this scope. Anyway this is a simple example. In order to implement it in a real use case with dozen of lines, particularly on large projects with recurring update meetings, my idea is to create a dashboard on Excel to ease the periodic revision (weekly in my case), pass it through chatGPT to organize it (as you do in your video) and finally copy/paste or export it to Word for final version. The next level would be to havea Word template already formatted so to save further time when finalizing the doc.... do you agree? Thank you and keep publishing video!

What if the transcript text is very long 3 time the allowed character limit in chat gpt ? How to get the meeting minutes in this case?

I would start with an initial prompt, like: "I have a transcript that I am going to feed you in three parts. I would like you to....", do you understand"...... Follow this up with "here is part one:......" Third prompt, "here is part three:...."

Hello. I am not using a plugin, but you can see the AIPRM chrome extension enabled in this video.

Wouldn't this violate any companies Privacy policy if you're uploading sensitive terms etc?

Hello. This is a good point to make; thanks for making it. Yes, it could do. You would need to be very careful with the data you use/be very mindful of your companies policy/stance on using ChatGPT

If you work for a big company, maybe your company has a tailored version of ChatGPT which you can use without worrying about the security issue.

You have to be careful with what you input. Check your companies guidelines/policies and if in doubt, don't use it...

Or.... you could transcribe the meeting verbatim and then drop the notes in AI and let the AI write/organize the notes for you. Much simpler
