I had bought the first fully automatic front load machine of India *IFB Supremo* in 1994 and used it till 2022 as I bought a new one. I have never needed any service. The machine is still in working condition. The body is like a Tank 😅 which sadly no one makes nowadays, not even IFB.

I was using Ifb senoreta 6.5kg machine since 2015. It’s been one month I replaced it & bought new IFB 9kg steam 5star AI powered Eco inverter. But there is a timing problem in this machine. Like 30 min program is taking one hour. How will this problem be solved?

Please log a complain with IFB service center. They shd be able to resolve it.

Sir 10 year ki spare warranty nhi hai di gyi hai, spare support matlab - spare ki availability 10 sal tak rahegi

Old washing machine can be Picked up while delivering new IFB washing machine, why charge additional and how much u charge ?

Normally brands or any organized retailer will first pick up the old machine under exchange offers through some 3rd party vendors and then deliver the product after adjusting the actual value quoted by the pick-up vendor which retailers or brands later settle within themselves. They do this to avoid any last minute controversy at the time of delivery of the product and Cash on delivery arrangements. This help them to avoid order cancellations and keep their billing process smooth.

Is there any model of direct drive washing machine from ifb?

Not in my knowledge. Direct Drive is a tech used by LG. IFB mostly use Belt drive. But they are continuosly innovating and updating their product specificcation and features. So you can expect similar technology in upcoming products from IFB.

Both are good. Its just marketing terms for different brands. Look for good brand with reliable service set-up and must go for max warranty covered directly from brand. Many top brands are still importing parts and assembling here. Have seen many cases where small parts worth even 300 rupees not available and service engineer then use local parts and offer2-3 months warranty on that part. Myself is one such customer facing such problem for last 2 years with a top brand for one of my appliance which costed me more than 40k. So focus on your budget, requirement, brands service set-up and reliability.

Try IFB descaler. I use it for my dishwasher as well as Washing Machine. It work perfectly fine. If you get hard water supply, use it every 30-45 days interval. You can buy it on Amazon, flipkart. You can get it from your nearby IFB centre as well.

Belt Drive. Direct Drive is a technology used by LG.

It’s not a new technology Samsung have bespoke washing machine with AI Pannel
