When I had mine it seemed like the clean light was always coming on. Also it wouldn't fill the tube the whole way and seemed real tight. I sent the machine back and will buy one again someday. But not until i know forsure it will make a perfect smoke. Also GREAT customer service!!!!

we own 3 of these machiens at arcade tobacco house. had them for more than 3 years they work great. only 1 down side nipples break very easy and have to totally dismantle machine to replace.

I so love my machine its awesome and at $7 a pack I can acutally afford to smoke. Thank You so much for an awesome machine.

hola despues de usar por un tiempo es una gran maquina solo que al principio te tienes que habituar a ella y ajustar dentro la compresion que te guste pero despues super rapida ningun problema vale la pena el dinero del trabajo que te quita con las maquinas normales

It's great but almost $500 then again I smoke Marlboro at $10.20 a pack and the time is the biggest $$ saver you benefit from I'm saving up for one and I did see it my friend just got one so far great device tobacco is evenly packed so if you're thinking about buy one it's a good machine
